By accessing and using VIOLA ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VIOLA provides a digital wellbeing platform that includes:

  • Daily gratitude journaling with photo attachments
  • Motivational quotes library
  • Mental health tracking and mood monitoring
  • Personal dashboard and insights

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of VIOLA, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to VIOLA (including gratitude entries, photos, and health logs). By submitting content, you grant VIOLA a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is abusive, threatening, or harassing

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: VIOLA is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App is designed to support your wellbeing journey but should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health helpline immediately.

7. Subscription and Payments

VIOLA may offer both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features and pricing will be clearly displayed in the App. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VIOLA (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by VIOLA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIOLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of VIOLA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
